“The results were always there. Now somebody can find them, read them, and work out in a minute whether we are the yard for them.”

[The operation]

Marchmont produces results at national level and was still explaining itself one phone call at a time.

Liveries, training and competition all sat under one name with no way for a rider to tell which of the three the yard actually wanted.

[What was in the way]

The site listed facilities the way an estate agent lists rooms, and buried the record. Riders arriving from a результат sheet found nothing that connected the yard to the horse they had just watched, so the enquiries came in unqualified and the office spent its mornings on them.

[What we built]

We built the site around the record and the people, then a season of content that keeps it current.

Results now sit at the front with the riders and horses attached, the three offers are separated so a rider self-selects before enquiring, and a content plan keeps the season visible without the office writing it.
